Role in the QIST Stack
QNSP acts as QIST’s canonical blueprint for PQC-first cloud security:
- demonstrates practical deployment of Kyber, Dilithium, SPHINCS+, and Classic McEliece across services
- aligns with Executive Order 14028, NIST PQC migration guidance, and sectoral mandates (HIPAA, FFIEC, DoD baselines) in its control design
